About these terms
These terms apply when you use PodForge at podforge.pharoahtechnology.com. The service is provided by Pharoah Technology Ltd, company number 17220127, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using PodForge you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
The service
PodForge turns a podcast transcript or topic into title options, show notes, chapter timestamps, pull quotes and a thread. We may improve, change or withdraw features. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Free use and paid plans
You can use PodForge free of charge within a daily limit. We may change the free limit.
A paid plan is bought through Stripe at the price shown on the checkout page when you buy. A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk from the address you used at checkout. We will stop future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
If you are a consumer, you can also cancel within 14 days of buying and receive a refund. If you use the paid plan during those 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for the use you had. This does not affect your other legal rights, including your rights if the service is faulty.
Paid plans include fair use of up to 100 generations per calendar month. The allowance resets at the start of each month.
Your licence is for your own use. Do not share it or resell it.
AI-generated results
PodForge uses AI to produce text. Results can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, even when they read well. Review everything before you rely on it, publish it or send it to anyone. Check quotes, timestamps and facts against the episode before you publish. PodForge does not give legal, financial, employment or other professional advice.
Using PodForge properly
- Do not use it for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or defamatory, or to produce spam.
- Do not enter information you are not entitled to use.
- Do not try to get around usage limits or licence checks, overload the service, or access it in ways we have not made available.
We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as our privacy notice describes. As far as we are concerned, you may use the results for your own purposes. The PodForge software, design and branding belong to Pharoah Technology Ltd.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
If you use PodForge for business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for PodForge in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect a paid period that has already started unless the law requires them.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
